    Not getting credit for watching commercials in video in lotto

    I am not getting credit for watching the commercials in the Video Lotto.

    Me either I sent a ticket on it an the vote's are messed up to I can't see the names.. Very frustrating.

    I can't even watch the video lotto. It freezes up my screen and l have to reload the game to get out of that frozen mode. Ven after refreshing, l have to go in manually and turn my sounds back on because the glitch shuts them off. This has been going on for WEEKS, but apparently nobody at RY cares or has even noticed! ������
